Our standards
Articles on State of Marketing are written to help readers make better marketing decisions. We aim for accuracy, clarity and practical usefulness over volume.
- Primary sources first. Claims about how platforms, search engines or ad systems work are checked against official documentation wherever it exists.
- No invented data. We don't publish made-up statistics, quotes or case studies. When we give an example, we say if it's illustrative.
- Human review. We may use software tools, including AI writing assistants, for research and drafting. Every article is reviewed, edited and fact-checked by our editorial team before publishing, and the team is responsible for what appears on the site.
- Kept current. Marketing changes fast. We review articles regularly and show an "Updated" date when we make meaningful changes.
Independence and advertising
This site may show advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense. Advertisers have no influence over what we write. We don't accept payment for coverage. If we ever publish sponsored content or use affiliate links, it will be clearly labelled.
Ownership
State of Marketing is published by AgniCorp, a founder-led creative company whose agency, AgniCorp Media, offers social media marketing, content and brand strategy services. Our articles are written to be useful to every reader, not to sell those services. Where an article mentions AgniCorp or its services, we say so clearly.
Corrections
